Intentions:

To naturally attain  heights of devotional heart openings.
To enhance one's natural dance, with the practice of new techniques such as Contact Improvisation, Afro Funk, Yoga Dance, Devotional Modern and Chi Gung.
To develop and enrich one's psychomythology.
To develop and strengthen community through shared esctatic experience.
To create healing rituals.
To offer performers a container and a system for character development.
To free up one's emotional body.

The Archetypes:

Inspired from the cultural anthropology work of Angeles Arrien,
the cross cultural indigenous inspiration of Sahn Kai Ashena and a personal mythological path of consciousness, we work with the archetypes of the Visionary, the Healer, the Teacher, the Warrior, and the Love Alchemist.

The Elements:

Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Ether.

The Format:

Freedom Dance One ~

An afternoon Playshop, from 3 to 5 hours.
This is the introduction to the work with enough time to drop deep in the Journey
and have a lot of fun and openings...

Freedom Dance Two ~

A series of five 2-hour classes, deepening the archetypal work, discovering
more games and connections, refining the practices.

Freedom Dance Three ~

An in-residence retreat of 3 to 5 days.
Deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole.
Freer and freer we dance our fears away and start shaping material
to be shared for each others.
Outdoors outings to sacred power spots, more journeys, sharing circles,
and celebrations!

Freedom Dance Four ~

Freedom Dance joins Performance Art Workshop. We co-create material to
take to the stage, festivals and appropriate venues, presenting art with a message,
art with deep soul.

Freedom Dance Five ~

After the production of “Tribal Dream, a cosmic tale”, I was invited to travel
to the East Coast and work with a New York based company.
This is the opportunity to bring this work to your community in a way that addresses
the community particular need and issues - In a way that capture the essence of who you are as a group,as a sum of awesome unique beings,
and empower the message you are ready to share with the world.
